If you’re heading to Gamescom later this month, you might want to clear your schedule — Honor of Kings: World is making its first big public appearance, and you can actually play it before anyone else.
From August 20–24 at Hall 9, Booth B040 in Cologne, Germany, TiMi Studio Group will be letting fans jump into a hands-on PC demo of their upcoming Eastern Fantasy multiplayer RPG. You’ll get to team up with other players for cooperative boss battles, using either a mouse and keyboard or a controller.
From the MOBA to a Whole New World
If you know Honor of Kings as the world’s most-played MOBA, this is going to feel like a completely fresh adventure. Instead of short competitive matches, Honor of Kings: World drops you into Primaera, a massive continent full of heroes, stories, and surprises.

The game mixes PvP, PvE, and plenty of social systems like crafting, house building, and managing your own space. You can also seamlessly swap between two fighting styles mid-combat, making battles feel dynamic and strategic.
Eastern Fantasy with a Cinematic Twist
This isn’t just a side project to the MOBA — it’s a full cinematic experience blending fantasy and cutting-edge tech. The story revolves around the Flow, a mysterious energy that shapes the land, and your journey as a new student at Jixia Academy, where you’ll meet both original characters and fan-favorite heroes from Honor of Kings.
First Stop: Gamescom, Then the World
Big Huang, lead combat designer, says the team is excited to finally see players try the game:
“We know fans of Honor of Kings are ready for our game and we hope newcomers will be just as excited after playing this first public presentation in Europe.”
