Crossfire: Legends Returns to Southeast Asia – Beta Starts This July

    Published on:

Crossfire is coming back with a vengeance. Crossfire: Legends, the mobile-first FPS built for pure competitive action, is officially making its return to Southeast Asia. Level Infinite and Tencent have confirmed that the Beta Test kicks off on July 23, 2025, and will run until August 22, with availability across the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

Already a dominant force in China, Crossfire: Legends has been reworked for SEA players, bringing fast gunplay, tight maps, and iconic modes to mobile.

Built for Speed, Designed for Mobile

Developed by TiMi Studio Group and licensed by Smilegate, Crossfire: Legends takes everything FPS fans love about the original and tunes it for mobile performance. Whether you’re lining up headshots or clutching 1v3s, the controls are sharp, the movement is responsive, and the action stays intense across every round.

The game is powered by the Unity engine and optimized to run smoothly across a wide range of smartphones. Its compact, fast-paced map design means more time fighting and less time looting or wandering.

    Competitive Game Modes at Launch

At launch, Crossfire: Legends features the franchise’s classic Search & Destroy and Team Deathmatch modes.

    • Search & Destroy focuses on objective play: bomb plants, defuses, and coordinated team movement across smaller, tactical maps.
    • Team Deathmatch keeps things direct, rewarding sharp reflexes, map control, and quick-thinking rotations.

More creative and casual game modes are planned post-launch, offering alternate ways to enjoy the fast gunplay.

A True Arsenal for Mobile Shooters

From snipers and shotguns to ARs and SMGs, every weapon in Crossfire: Legends comes with distinct recoil, feel, and balance. Paired with a wide selection of skins, each loadout can be customized for both function and style.

These layers of gameplay detail give Crossfire: Legends solid potential as a mobile esports contender.

    Tailored for SEA Players

The game isn’t a one-size-fits-all port. It includes full language support (including Thai and Indonesian), region-specific designs, and culturally inspired skins. Players can adjust every aspect of the controls—from crosshair placement and button layout to gyroscope aiming and aim assist.

Whether you’re casually hopping into matches or grinding ranked, Crossfire: Legends gives you the tools to play the way you want.

    Beta Test Starts July 23

The Beta Test runs from July 23 to August 22 on both iOS and Android. iOS users can sign up via TestFlight, while Android players can follow updates on the official Facebook page: Play Crossfire Legends.

Players who join the Beta will get early hands-on access and a chance to shape the game before its Southeast Asia launch in late 2025.
