Starting today, players can dive into the game’s first free major update, Chapter 2, and the new Lost Harvest DLC, offering fresh stories, gear, and challenges.
Chapter 2: Free Update for All Players
The free Chapter 2 update continues the story from the end of Act 3. Players can investigate a series of grisly murders, uncover secrets from the distant past, and experience new contracts, items, hairstyles, tattoos, and dynamic encounters that make the deserts of Arrakis feel even more alive.

Lost Harvest: Paid DLC Expansion
For those looking for deeper lore and new gameplay tools, the Lost Harvest DLC is available now for $12.99 (or as part of the Season Pass at $24.99/€24.99). This expansion features:
- A standalone storyline tied to Dune’s rich history
- New Dune Man building pieces, decorations, armor sets, and weapons
- The Thumper emote for in-world roleplay
- A brand-new treadwheel vehicle, with unique animations and handling as an alternative to the sandbike
