If you walked into Philippine GameDev Expo (PGDX) 2025 at the SMX Convention Center last July 25–27, there’s a good chance you heard the cheers, saw the porings, and found yourself wandering toward one of the busiest spots on the floor: the Gravity booth. And for good reason.
This year, Gravity came ready with a four-game showcase: Ragnarok Landverse Genesis, Ragnarok Crush, Gunbound, and Dragonica Origin. Whether you were there for that sweet hit of MMO nostalgia or curious about the newer titles, there was always something happening—both on stage and in the booth.
Stage Hype and Big Reveals

Hosted by Odin, the main stage saw a lineup of game leads dropping updates and surprises. Jeriel from Gravity Game Hub gave us the lowdown on Ragnarok Crush, Rama of Gravity Game Link revealed Dragonica Origin, and Net from Maxion brought news on Ragnarok Landverse Genesis. Then Paul from Gravity Game Hub teased Gunbound’s big comeback—and instantly cranked the hype by kicking off a live Gunbound Tournament right there on stage.
Booth Games, Cosplayers, and Loot Everywhere

If you weren’t glued to the stage, the booth was a whole other experience. Over 1,200 attendees registered to check it out, and it was always buzzing. Fans lined up to try the featured games at the testing stations, while others dove into mini-games like the Arrow Aiming Wall, Feed the Poring, and Pachinko Challenge for a shot at winning merch. Cosplayers and Kafra models roamed around for photo ops, adding even more to the festive vibe.
A Giveaway Every Few Minutes (or at Least It Felt That Way)
Gravity made sure nobody left empty-handed. Across the three days, they handed out over 1,000 prizes—from exclusive redeem codes and Razer gear to collectible figures, pillows, mouse mats, and postcards. Trivia games, quick contests, and random giveaways kept the crowd coming back for more.
Why It Worked
Gravity’s PGDX 2025 presence was the perfect mix of old favorites and new content. They knew how to hook long-time fans, give fresh players a reason to care, and make everyone feel like part of the community. If this weekend was any indication, they’re not slowing down anytime soon.
