It’s time to head back into the battlefield—GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE is celebrating its third anniversary with one of its biggest updates yet. The event brings together the legendary Pilgrim Nikkes for a climactic face-off against the fearsome Rapture Queen, marking a pivotal moment in the game’s expanding sci-fi story.

Developed by Level Infinite, NIKKE’s 3rd Anniversary event goes live with new characters, a large-scale gameplay mode called Surface Beta, and a host of in-game and offline events that showcase just how far the hit shooter RPG has come since launch.

Meet the New NIKKEs

Three new characters take center stage during the anniversary event, each bringing unique designs and lore to the fight:

• SSR Nayuta – A member of the Pioneer Squad, Nayuta travels the world tracking the Queen’s movements. She operates through duplicates that share intel via a NIMPH stored inside her gourd and rides into battle on Mantra, her robotic camel companion.
• SSR Liberalio – A powerful Heretic, Liberalio is known for her sharp hunting instincts and eerie calm. She despises loud noises and views the Rapture Queen as her mother—fiercely eliminating anyone she perceives as a threat.
• SSR Chime (Free Character) – The Crown’s strategist, Chime is clever and bold despite her small stature. She uses her intellect and intuition to guide her kingdom toward survival in the world’s final days.

Surface Beta: A New Era of Gameplay

The highlight of the update is Surface Beta, a brand-new mode that introduces large-scale tactical battles. Players will form multiple NIKKE squads to capture strongholds, gather resources, and fight waves of Raptures across expansive maps. It’s the most ambitious gameplay update in NIKKE’s history—designed to test your strategy and endurance.

The new storyline also pushes the stakes higher than ever. When Liberalio’s scheme triggers the Queen’s descent upon Earth, Nayuta rallies the Pioneer Squad and allies with Eden for a desperate final stand against the invading force.

Costumes, Pick-Ups, and Special Events

The anniversary celebration adds plenty of new customization and event rewards:

• A new Red Hood gacha skin, plus new pass-exclusive skins for Crown and Siren
• A Pilgrim Re-pickup Gacha, where players can pull from Modernia, Dorothy, or Red Hood
• Limited-Time Challenges, including boss fights, a new Union Raid, Solo Raid, and several mini-games

Players can also look forward to unique offline activations such as Animate store pop-ups in Los Angeles and a major presence at Anime Impulse 2025 in Dallas, bringing the NIKKE universe to life outside the game.
