Miko Medina Shines in Gundam TCG
Leading the charge was Miko Medina, who placed Finalist at the Bandai Card Fest for Gundam TCG, an event that drew close to 200 players. Miko’s second-place finish didn’t just highlight his consistency — it earned him a spot at the Asian Finals, bringing him one step closer to the World Championship.

A veteran across several card games, Miko’s adaptability and composure in a new competitive landscape remind everyone why he’s one of the most versatile players representing Team Unbox today.
Double Victory in Flesh and Blood: Yokohama
Meanwhile, Jet Malabed and Jaime Manzano both made waves at Flesh and Blood Pro Quest: Yokohama, securing Pro Tour invites in two different formats.

Jet took home the Classic Constructed championship piloting Dash I/O, a technically demanding hero that rewards mastery and precision. He clinched victory over fellow Unbox teammate Jigs de Asis in a stacked 78-player field. A longtime Magic: The Gathering veteran, Jet has seamlessly brought his strategic depth into Flesh and Blood — and it’s clearly paying off.

On the following day, Jaime Manzano won the Living Legend event, using Viserai to defeat teammate Chard Tan’s Starvo in the finals. Jaime, who’s also part of The Homies TCG, has recently started producing local content for the Flesh and Blood community — adding another dimension to his growing influence as both competitor and creator.
Justin Cu’s Back-to-Back Triumphs in Japan
And then there’s Team Captain Justin Nicholas D. Cu, who continues to make history for the Philippines. Justin went on to reach the finals of Calling: Shizuoka, narrowly missing what would have been his second Calling title before heading off to become the Champion at Battle Hardened: Osaka the week after.

These back-to-back performances cement Justin as one of the Philippines’ most accomplished TCG players — not just in Flesh and Blood, but in competitive card gaming as a whole. In a game known for its steep learning curve and tactical complexity, Justin’s consistency speaks volumes about his skill, discipline, and leadership.
