The Xiaomi Smart Band 10 comes equipped with over 150 workout modes, including auto-detection for common activities and detailed training metrics like VO₂ max, recovery time, and training load. A new swim mode also adds heart rate tracking and accurate lap counting (up to 96% accuracy), made possible by a 9-axis motion sensor and 5ATM water resistance.
Sleep tracking also gets a major boost. Beyond just monitoring sleep duration and stages, the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 now evaluates sleep efficiency and sleep distribution, helping users understand the quality of their rest—not just how long they slept. As expected, the device keeps tabs on heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO₂), and stress levels around the clock. For users with connected devices, a new heart rate broadcast feature allows real-time sharing with compatible gear during workouts.

More than just a fitness tracker, the Smart Band 10 also acts as a control center for Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 ecosystem. It can manage smart home devices, show real-time notifications, and sync calendars. A discreet, silent mode and custom quick replies let users manage interruptions without pulling out their phone.
Haptic feedback has also been upgraded, with a precision linear motor delivering more nuanced vibrations for alarms, messages, and calls. And thanks to its 233mAh battery, you’ll get up to 21 days of use on a full charge, or about 9 days if you enable Always-On Display. It only takes an hour to recharge, making it easy to keep powered through the week.
